MANAGER’S CODE OF CONDUCT
a team manager will:

• Agree to abide by the code of conduct.
• Be responsible for the overall welfare and well-being of team members, management, and team officials when assembled as a team.
• Maintain a duty of care towards and be accountable for team members, management, and officials of the team.
• Have a thorough working knowledge of Nelson Softball Association policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that team matters and behaviours are conducted in accordance with these.
• Advocate a sporting environment free of drugs and other performance-enhancing substances in line with the guidelines of Drug-Free Sport New Zealand.
• Foster and facilitate a collaborative approach to the management of the team.​​​​​​​
